We operate in three stages:

    Stage 1: Please send us a 2 page Executive Summary of your requirements. This needs to be set out as follows:

    • Title of the Project
    • Summary of what you need (finance, business strategy or Non Executive Services etc)
    • Your existing business and Management Team ? their experience and skills
    • Financial Summary (head-line figures only of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow for at least 3 years)
    • Sales & Marketing (how you plan to generate revenues and promote the brand equity)
    • Risk & Legal Factors (are there any special laws, trade mark, patent, regulations and governance issues for us to be aware of ?)
    • Growth Plan
    • Conclusion

    Stage 2 : We will revert back with further questions and usually within 7 working days we will know whether we are able to assist your business (or not). If we can, we will attach our Terms & Conditions and Fee Structure. We will charge a small retainer fee to cover our out-of-pocket expenses, travel and related costs. The majority of our costs are deferred and on a success basis.

    Stage 3 : Full Business Plan, Meetings and Project Planning Stage to identify the critical path and way forward.

    In certain cases, we may be able to arrange grant to cover between 25%-50% of our cost depending on the industrial sector, job creation potential and benefit to both economies.
